OUR STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

UK Delivery. Tracked and Signed: £7 (subject to weight/parcel size)

EU Delivery. Tracked and Signed: £17 (subject to weight/parcel size)

USA. Tracked and Signed: £45 (subject to weight/parcel size)

International Delivery. Tracked and Signed: £45-50 (subject to weight/parcel size) 

The specific cost is shown on the checkout page prior to confirming your order. Please note that these charges only include delivery; therefore EU and international customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes. these charges can range from 20-40%, please be aware of this and check your local import policies before purchasing. 

Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 4 weeks. By purchasing an item you agree to the delivery date provided in the Confirmation Email. If there are any changes to the delivery date, time or method, you will be notified of the revision by email.

Please contact us if you wish to place an order which contains more than nine items as this is not considered a standard delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES:

All products are made to order, this can take between 4-8 weeks, please check the product description for a more accurate production time frame.

Sometimes, unavoidable issues can delay delivery of a parcel (i.e. bad weather or other things beyond our control). If this happens we will contact you and, where possible, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, we will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.

All deliveries require a signature. If you or someone on your behalf is unable to sign for the delivery the carrier will leave a calling card with further instructions on redelivery or collection. As a matter or security, calling cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and refund the order, less the original delivery charge.

UK DELIVERY: 

In the United Kingdom we use either Royal Mail or UPS signed for service.

ALL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

International delivery is available, for which we use a tracked and signed for service. We will send you tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched.

A non-standard product is something that’s considered to be fragile, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirement. For these products, the specific delivery cost will be displayed on the product page only.

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is applied to the price of the product only and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to UK Standard Delivery only.

Please ensure that you supply us with the correct address and postcode for your nominated delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses being supplied. Please check your Confirmation Email and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Once the product has been dispatched we will be unable to make any changes to the destination address.
